A home visit and/or telephone interview will be arranged with the main parent/carer An assessment of the child's suitability for boarding will take place through a one to one meeting with the child, and/or with a professional who has a close relationship with the child A decision will be made on whether to award a grant, and this will be communicated to you by phone and email, or in writing Contact Barbara Doh-Nani, Children's Services Officer for help and advice.
