Mike Nevill, APFS (Chairman) Mike is aged 69 and married with three adult children and two grandchildren and has been living in Chipstead for 15 years. Expand The world is a small place and I still have a lot to see, but also now is the time in my life to give something back to those less fortunate than me. Mike is aged 69 and married with three adult children and two grandchildren and has been living in Chipstead for 15 years. Mike's working life has been in the financial services industry and working with major institutions, including Prudential and Fidelity Investments, where he was one of the UK Directors. In 1991 he set up a financial planning business with a firm of accountants, developing this into a major business turning over £7.5m. In 2012 Mike took a number of his closest clients, and joined a colleague, to set up a new financial planning business. Mike is now working part-time looking after about 50 wealthy clients, assisting them achieving their their financial objectives. A keen runner, cyclist and skier for many years, Mike still competes in running and cycling events. This year Mike supported Reedham by taking part in the Prudential 100 Bike Ride. Another of Mike's interests is a passion for travelling.

Rawle has been a trustee for the Reedham Children’s Trust for six years. He was a trustee for NACRO, the social justice charity. Rawle was also a liveryman with the Worshipful Company of Wheelwrights and a school governor at the Bishop Wordsworth’s Church of England School in Salisbury.In his spare time, Rawle is a Trustee for the Surrey Cricket Foundation (SCF), sings in a choir and is a founder member of his local walking group.

He was previously Director of Fundraising & Major Donors at the Honeypot Children’s Charity, and held several senior posts at RNCF and the Treloar Trust before that. Rawle has combined a long career in public life with an interest in penal reform and educational work. He was a trustee of NACRO for four years and then a foundation governor at Bishop Wordsworth's School, for three years. Rawle is married with three children.

Marjorie Perkins Marjorie has developed extensive experience in telecoms product development over 20 years, and is passionate about supporting young people. Expand Marjorie is a Telecoms Data Networking professional working on large scale network deployments and the introduction of new access connectivity products for clients in the Financial and Government sector. She is a committee member of the BT Ethnic Diversity Network supporting BT’s efforts to advance diversity and inclusion within the company and also she supports the next generation as a member of the Project team delivering the highly acclaimed Aleto Leadership Program. Marjorie is also a member of the Royal Society of Arts and a 2019 Wintrade Awards finalist.
Nadine Dyer Nadine is a Respect and Inclusion Manager, Financial Advisory and Chair of the Multicultural Network at Deloitte. Nadine takes a proactive stance and collaborates with operational business units, central functions, and external organisations to improve experiences and drive positive change when it comes to inclusion. Nadine has been listed as one of the ten Future Leaders as part of the Ethnicity Awards’ Top 100+ List 2020. She was also listed in the EMpower Ethnic Minority Role Model Future Leader list in 2018 and 2020. She also sits on the Firm’s Ethnicity Council and has been pivotal in driving the conversation around BLM and contributing the Firm’s Black Action Plan. Nadine is married with two children and enjoys gardening her spare time.
Paula Leon-James Paula is a senior lawyer in the corporate real estate sector and is currently in private practice. Expand I am delighted to have been appointed as a trustee at Reedham. I aim to use my experience and skills to help make a positive contribution to the local community, to give back and to help vulnerable or disadvantaged children come to the realisation that they can achieve more or become a leader in their own life. I also enjoy being part of a vibrant, creative and committed group of people who are all very passionate about the aims of the charity. For more than 30 years Paula has advised investors, asset managers, developers and occupiers with acquisitions and disposals of investments. She has worked with most asset classes from retail, office, residential, hotels and industrial sectors, acting for a number of major property companies and corporate occupiers on their portfolios. Paula is a member of the Black Solicitors Network City Group, as well as the Women Lawyers Division of the Law Society. She is also a member of Arete Network which actively promotes community service in disadvantaged areas, as well as the advancement of youth education and mentoring through the provision of training programmes. She was a volunteer at the Royal Courts of Justice Advice Bureau in London and she is a mentor to girls at a senior school in South London. Paula is married with three children and has lived in Kingswood for the past 25 years. She is passionate about outdoor pursuits such as running, hiking, walking with her two dogs and cycling.
